Critique on ?Grounded Theory? approach for qualitative analysis

I?m using the ?Grounded Theory? approach for interviews analysis. So I need a work on criticising this method of qualitative analysis.
Please, I do not need any definitions or explaining on what is the method like.
But, it should be as a critique on its pros and cons; what other authors have said about it; how they have criticised it; what they do not like about it and it can be improved, and so on.
